K-Motion Closed For Good? Phones Disconnected

No idea, but in general K-Motion suffered from lots of questionable quality issues for a longtime. They were the hot stuff 20 years ago but it seems more and more high-end guys were coming down on them. That's all hearsay but there's probably some truth in it.
