It is mandated here too
But our Supreme Court ruled that our governess did not have the authority to issue those mandates
So after the Supreme Court shot down her mandates she had her lackeys at the health department (who by the way was comrade zeros lapdog) issue them
Which means they are still unconstitutional, so I refuse to comply
(But, like I said, if someone asks me nicely I can respect that)
