Be sure and spoon some auju onto the bun. It is the only way to eat them! In Chicago they ask you if you want your sandwich wet! And they actually call it gravy. I might be a redneck but I figure kind of like beer, if you can see thru it, it ain’t beer! Well if you can sip it thru a straw it ain’t gravy! Hah! Man they are good. Be sure and fluff your beef!
