Not really any visual difference you have to look at the stampings on the ID pad as well as the casting number. If it is a bare block then measure the bore size since that is the major difference. The 426W wasn't super common in passenger cars but sometimes you'll find the industrial version. The 426W I have in my Coronet was stamped B426 so it came out of a 1966 vehicle.
