I appreciate Jpars threads and contributions...a wide variety of them too. Not just focused on one "thing".
But Mr Lawyer has to remind us everytime he posts a thread how he IS THEE 2nd gen cuda guru and not to be questioned or disagreed with. When I said above to "remove blinders"...that was meant to maybe look at other abodies(dart, duster, demon) but of course it was misinterpreted and meant as to chk e or b bodies out lol.
Now due to his VAST knowledge (remember we are reminded every thread of this) and owning a multitude of these 2nd gen cudas that he is "better" or more knowledgeable and not to be disagreed with. Arrogance is not a redeeming quality. I bet that "wheels" are turning as to how I could be sued or charged with slander.:rolleyes:
We only own 2 2nd gen cudas, 1 is a PROJECT but rare, 1 of 34 and I keep plugging away and hope to be rid of it someday. The other is a nice 67 S car that made it into a book.:thumbsup:

On a lighter note how is the Mcode coming along?
 
Why is all the hate coming out? I've dealt with jimharvard before, and found him to be an honest guy. I admit I'm also a former Marine, so my view is a bit biased. His knowledge of old "Barracudas" and "Cudas" is second to none on this forum. He owns a bunch of them, and knows what he's talking about. If you don't agree on what a 50+ year old car is worth, that's fine. No more hate, please.
 
I saw this cool Texas 70 340 duster yesterday for sale, nice project at what I think is a good price... thought about mentioning it here, but no, I hesitate!!! No not hesitate, refuse to go there! Too much drama!! Ain't going there!! Don't anyone even ask.

Wait a minute the only person that was hating was him... He started calling people stupid, he started telling people to go to other forms and to buy other brand cars... He started saying how he had a Harvard lawyer education which has nothing to do with 6869 barracudas by the way... Because someone has a different opinion on what a car is worth then he does doesn't make them stupid...
If he didn't start name calling then there would be no hating....

That's funny one monitor says don't use the disagree button on me (or I'll band you...) and the other hits the disagree button on me all the time...
 
I love this place!!!
We were checking out at WalMart yesterday, and this little short Black supervisor lady comes up to the guy checking us out. Wanted him to take is break later. He said, NO...... I told her "I LOVE THIS PLACE!"
She just looked me in the eye and asked "WHY!" Well she had me there! I replied back "DUNNO.. I JUST DO!" She cracked up.
So, what does this have to do with BB Baracudas? Nothing!
 
And just to be CLEAR. I wasn't pointing the finger at anyone particular about being RUDE. In general this site has been nothing but a positive experience for me and I'd hate to see that change. God Bless you ALL

jpar... you certainly seem full of yourself and your "mopar knowledge and experience." i've described clearly what my mopar experience is - why haven't you shared with all of us here on FABO how many years you've been hanging around mopars and all your other "mopar experience" is? tell you what: you post all your "mopar background" and the various readers can compare your experience with mine and the guy who appears to know more wins. how about that japar?

LOL! you know dragman.... i've always found that the guys who run their mouth the most and make fun of other people - are really insecure, jealous folks themselves. it's a shame you feel the need to send insults my way rather than just talk about old mopars. if you have an opinion about A CAR, then all the FABO folks probably will be interested. if you're just going to be an *** and insult people, i suspect few people here on FABO will give a **** about "your opinion."

While many of us have a different opinion than others, we all love our cars and the hobby!

Sooo... i am not interested in arguing with people here on FABO. it is clear that various folks know my work background and my experience with old Barracudas. and since here in America we all still have freedom to have whatever opinion we want about anyone or anything - i'm just not going to comment on anyone's views on what cars are worth or whether something is right or not on a car. i'm just going to say in the future - "it is my opinion... " of whatever the topic is. so if people want to "hate" and be nasty and insulting, that's up to them - i'm not going to participate. i have been on this site for 14 years to talk about old Barracudas.

and I have to get off my chest why I hate either my high school english teacher, or her 69 Barracuda. (in 1969)She was mean, but she bought a raffle ticket at the Diocese Bingo. and she won a new 69 Barracuda for the one dollar ticket!

Okay let's review here...
It was just my opinion that this wasn't a run out and grab it deal...
When I stated that you came back with that I was stupid that I should go to another forum and buy Chevys and I didn't know what I was talking about...
Then you go on to say how someone was insulting you!?...
You go on to mention how intelligent you are that you're a Harvard educated lawyer and all that jazz... You have 50 plus years with barracudas...
Then in an effort to not be part of this back and forth I went ahead and stated that I was going to unwatch this thread and not to quote me to bring me back to it... And what did you do... you quoted me brought me back to it and then went on how I was insulting you...
I have absolutely nothing to prove to you... Now let me try this again I'll try and unwatch the thread and you can go on about your highly educated life....

ford Guys always try to bait me to race, and I always tell them I am too scared to drive a real car like a Ford, so I go 35 mph with my moped, just like Petty, Garlits, buddy baker,Sox and martin,,,,,etc. They tell me to shut up! HAHA
