Strange Noise, Driveshaft?

What kind of car is it? What engine? What transmission? I assume it's an A body. Have you had the driveshaft out and looked and the splines? It maybe sticking on the output shaft. It is too long or too short? Is it aluminum? Shooting in the dark with not much info.

It's a 70 Duster, 408/727 ton of work just done to it 6 mo ago. New engine, new trans, new 8.75, rear brakes were gone through. But the people who put it together were apparently not all they said they were, found multiple mistakes, bad ones too. They replaced the drive shaft but didn't tell me, God only knows what it is out of. New U-Joints though. It does seem like a U-Joint problem, needle bearing missing or not lubricated. I am going to have it towed to a drive shaft specialty shop to have them custom build a shaft for it, 1350 U-Joints. Right now the shaft is steel, but rusted, even the slip part of the slip yoke is rusted. There "is" 3" or so of slip yoke showing, which I think is too much, but if that is the case I may have fried the splines on the trans shaft. I'm hoping that's not it.
