What Are You Doing To/With Your Car Today?
My project is tiny compared to all the above... lol
But still, a few weeks ago I bumped into one of the Hood's side bumpers and it went into 3 pieces...( Brittle as Hell ) while I was waxing my 65 Barracuda for a show... Upset YES, But they were Very very OLD, (at least 35+ years) oh well... so ordered two from "Classic Industries" ($4.99 each)... Not too bad except for shipping so I also ordered an other item to make it worth while ..
My big job for today was to install them. The other Hood Side Bumper broke into 3 parts as soon as I engaged it... lol
I cleaned and waxed the area they occupied and the New ones popped into place and seem to work fine... Now for some Cold Beer and kickback for Reward time! :)
Note: It took this 76 year old longer to "write" about my adventure today then to do the damn JOB!
