1963 Dart 170 2 Door Post Resto
Got my new headlights today!!! Super happy with the quality too. I was looking for an alternative to the sealed beam bulb as I wanted better illumination, not to mention a little different look. While poking around I came across these on a VW site I used to buy parts from (previous Bug resto). Got good reviews and I have always been happy with their parts so I figured why not? They are only $35US each (paid $47cdn on CDN site).
They came in yesterday and I was impressed with the quality. They are all glass construction, no cheap plastic crap. They are also SAE and DOT approved, which is a big plus as I have had hassles in the past with non DOT approved headlights. They have a clear lens with the reflector behind the bulb, which should result in much better light output. My upgrade to LED bulbs later, will see how well they work. Also like how they have a little darker chrome look to them as well. Hopefully they fit the factory buckets without any modifications
