Well I think I will share with you guys where I am at work. Scheduled OT for me started this week and my Ol Lady talked me into working it. I am having a hard time mentally with not getting the promotion so I asked my supervisor why the other guy got it. He told me you just need to move on because what I see and hear from drivers it is destroying you and I am afraid a kid might get hurt if you forget something on a bus. I said yes it is eating me alive what did I do wrong that he did right and again I got just move on.
Today I contacted the union leader and he said they have to give me a reason. I told him what the supervisor told me to just let it be and he informed me to email HR and ask her along with telling her what my supervisor said. He said she has to give me a reason in writing. So now he contacted my supervisor and the guy said I didnt know we needed a reason he said oh yes and in writing. HR is out till next week but now my supervisor and the asshole that got the job are not speaking to me and giving me funny looks.
