Mopar car for sale ads on FABO

i will not criticize anyone for whatever they want to do regarding talking about a sales price or a purchase price for their car. i will only say that i have no problem telling people what i have paid for my cars as i intend on keeping them. when i have offered "my opinion" of the value of a car to someone who has asked here on FABO, i have given a price that is in line with all the scores of cars i look at weekly on Ebay, Facebook Marketplace, Craig's list and sometimes, the national car auctions offered for sale all over the U.S. with that said, i fully understand values for old mopars vary significantly in different regions of the U.S. ultimately, what an owner sells his car for comes down to how bad he needs to sell it or what he thinks is a "decent profit" and what someone will pay for any given car is based upon how bad they want or need that car. i paid $22k for the rolling chassis M-Code 69 Cuda i have but i wanted one of those cars. after giving American Metal Direct $11k for their work and another $3500 for the donor car shell i purchased, i have around $37k in that car and it will still need at least another $10k. but my plan was to end up having about as much money invested in the car as it would probably be worth and given that M-Code Cudas sell for at least $45k, i'm happy with my current investment in the car. but i know lots of guys at the car cruises that i go to here in the Pittsburgh, PA area that have invested THOUSANDS of dollars in their cars that they will never get back. but they love the car they way they built it. so i'm certainly not going to criticize what they invested.
