That's great. Everyone needs a good nights sleep. I just can't get out of the habit of waking up at 4:30-5am. But I go to bed at 10 or I'm right into the head bobs.
5 am is my new go pee time and if I'm lucky can wait till 5:30 and race to the toilet before I explode. Going for morning walks again has also helped my day but I hurry and get back home for my morning coffee and all is good.
