At 53 I am nearing the end of my career and it would be nice to get some recognition. In the interview it was asked if I would still work on the floor and since he took the position he has done nothing but pace and watch me work. I planned on still wrenching as was required by the job because I enjoy what I do. I guess my best way to say it is always the brides maid and never the bride. At least now they will have to think hard to give me a reason why he was better suited for the job.
