i sent the seller of the $8500 Barracuda a message last night and he sent me a message today saying it was still available. if you are interested, i would go to the facebook ad and send him a message telling him you are interested. now, i have NO IDEA if this guy or this ad is legitimate so be careful if you go forward with a purchase. if you do want to buy the car, draw up a simple sales contract with his name and address and send him a small deposit - like $100.00 with conditions that you will set up final payment conditions after he sends you back a signed contract. make sure you put in the contract that all the parts shown in the facebook ad goes with the car and that the car will be sold in the condition it is shown in that ad. that way you have his name and address and an enforceable contract if he tries to back out and the conditions of the sale are spelled out in writing. i don't know what the title situation is with this car but you need to make sure the car does have a title IN HIS NAME. you might even ask him to send you a copy of the title just to make sure. if you have further questions on advice on how to do this sale, message me here on FABO.
