It is a 2"/4" drop.....But I added a stiffer leaf to raise the back up about an inch, so to be accurate, it is about a 2"/3".

Yeah, going to have to sacrifice a car or 2 to make some room. I am planning on shortening the frame to almost standard pickup size and getting rid of the dump bed though.

This is my year around car so i have to winterfi it studed tires engine heater insulate the cab upgrade heaters inside heated seat stereo install and so on i live way up north in Sweden so the winters are brutal 35-40c below and a lot of snow

There was one just like that setting in the weeds for 20 years at the entrance to my favorite golf course. Decided to ask about it the next time down and it was gone when I got there!!

1976 D100 Cal Trans truck. Pretty rust free. Spent its service life in the high desert. I was going to sell it because a Duster fell in my lap. Put it up for sale and it developed a rod knock right away. It told me it wanted to stay. I have a 318 at the machine shop for it now. 1973 cast 340 crank I had around, .060”, Speedmaster heads and Air Gap knockoff. Getting ignition from FBO. Need a set of long tubes. Got a rebuilt 727. Bought a truck 8 3/4 with a 489 but just going to use the 9.25 and add a Tru Trac with 3.54’s.
Will be my daily when my daughter turns 16 and takes my VW TDi. Luckily, I live next door to the fire station and I only have to go to town on my days off.

I wish I could afford to put a rollback on it. For now it’s getting shortened about 34” and getting a standard 8’ bed put on. Dump bed in picture is already gone.
