Help with removing stuck pinion yoke

If it wouldn't move in that press, you gotta problem. Although, wouldn't it work better to support the "whole thing" somehow by the under side of the yoke?

I think that the yoke is supported by the outer bearing, outer race and then the case itself. I’d
put the pinion nut back on but not tighten it all the way up. I’d leave it loose enough so that the end of the shaft isn’t exposed. That way the threads don’t get ruined and the pinion doesn’t get damaged. Then take it to someone with a bigger press and press the crap out of it.
