Man, brings back some memories. We used to cruise Central Ave, then when that got shut down, people moved to Main street in Anoka, then to University Ave... Some very nice vehicles used to show up. Hundreds... Glad to see it making a comeback.

I was in Champlain visiting my brother last year and we went up to Coon Rapids on a Saturday night . Lots of cars !

I remember Hopkins in the 70s and Central Ave... just like American Graffiti.

In the 70s I worked across from Central Ave and the Sun drive-in at the Soo Line Railroad yard. On 2nd shift we could here them lighting up their tires all night long. And there was a few cop cars too!
The Anoka show was really good too. About 400 to 600 cars there every Saturday night. The cruise on Coon Rapids Blvd is great because you just set up a chair and watch em all go by. Very nostalgic!

Lottsa cool Mopes in there, but even with my stable of Bad-Azz A-Bodies my eye's say I like the lines on this 67' the best though I'd chunk those wheels for Steelies and have more tire under the back.....Sweet!
