I made a slow simmered beef stew.
Used flat steaks slow roasted then shredded and put into the stew along with a pound of burger. Turned out really really well

We took the pup into town this AM for breakfast given her deck.
Went for Fargo cruise again. I need to get the 360 in. I want auto transmission. Lots of stop signs in my little town. Three lengthwise streets,gets kind of old. With a better drivetrain i can go far.

Finished prepping driveway yesterday.
Forgot about the underground water line to the back.
Rubber hose line. Nicked it with tiller.
All fixed and back in business.
Have 3 course down this morning.
Just a light breakfast and back at it.
Hope to get att least half done today.. see how it goes.

Yep, am early rising bunch this morning, coffee is on, sons are going fishing this morning.
They both work hard and deserve a day away, I guess I don't work hard anymore..didn't get an invite, so I may go do some fishing of my own just 100 yards away and catch a couple dandies in case they strike out.

Had Daughter and extended family over for a bit yesterday. Nice to see two 13? YO in the pond doing what kids do! Then Jaquie from across the street came riding up on her hoses with her guy. Always a good time till Harley rolled in horse poop!

Fargo has a cowl vent. One drawback, no screen. Angry bees is a possibility...You have AC...it's called the wing window.
Got the water pump off the RT yesterday and just cleaning up stuff while I am in there. At one time some one put a Jacobs ignition in there so took that out. Parts should be here tomorrow, HOPEFULLY!
