R3 block info

Those are Hughes CNCd aluminum rocker arms, are they cryo strengthened by Hughes? Any other comments about them?
I'm curious because I just read about the BB version on their website, I didn't know about them until then, the couple of strong recommendations I got to use them on FBBO are from experienced racers I trust.
I'm just trying to learn more.
Also, IF you don't mind, can anyone give me the short "scoop" on the R3 blocks? I'm a long time (since I was 7, I'm 59) citizen of the MOPAR nation, but the last time I was working with a small block, W2 heads were "the thing". Lol.
