DoctorDiff not taking calls or emails?

As stated in my voice message, I can't take calls, but customers can Email or text questions and I will respond as soon as possible.

Looks like the last Email I received from Roy Riveiro was on 12/10/20. I can't find a text on 5/1/21, but they are hard to search without a known phone number.

I'm curious which "other member" I did not reply to. As far as I know, I only received 1 Email and 1 text from James Brooks, both of which I replied to the same day.

The best way to contact me is through Email as it is easy to track. BTW, my Email address is [email protected] If you abbreviate "Dr", you will message someone else.
