DoctorDiff not taking calls or emails?

That doesn't right, Cass has always been pretty prompt. Maybe issues with phone/internet? Distance working and learning has providers topped out. Supply chain is a mess too.
 
He has more class than that to not say anything. Maybe he is not feeling well? Dr Diff & Jim at DMT are 2 good people still serving us. :)

If you click on 'Contact' link on his site it says to text him. I totally understand that. Quicker and he won't get roped into small talk. He's a busy guy and text is efficient.
 
I literally bought some pinion shims earlier this week. I also exchanged emails with him before I purchased.
 
I sent him a text on 5-1-2021. No reply. Another member is waiting to hear from also about some axles?
 
He answered my email right away about 3 weeks ago and I got axles from him about 2 weeks ago.

Oh no I already bought what I needed. I need parts in a timely manor. Just was wondering what the story with him was.
 
I have been e-mailing questions all week to Cass. He has gotten right back to me this week on several questions I had. I'll be placing my order online tomorrow if I get the check I'm expecting.

I think what we got here "is a failure to communicate".
I have done business with Cass in the past - no issues.
 
As stated in my voice message, I can't take calls, but customers can Email or text questions and I will respond as soon as possible.

Looks like the last Email I received from Roy Riveiro was on 12/10/20. I can't find a text on 5/1/21, but they are hard to search without a known phone number.

I'm curious which "other member" I did not reply to. As far as I know, I only received 1 Email and 1 text from James Brooks, both of which I replied to the same day.

The best way to contact me is through Email as it is easy to track. BTW, my Email address is DoctorDiff@gmail.com If you abbreviate "Dr", you will message someone else.

I need one spider gear for a 8 3/4 Dana clutch SG. Thought you may have one. Also need a set if clutches. This is what i sent on 5-1-21
