The rocker gills was option M25. Not all 'cudas had them and I have seen GC's with them. I don't think a non-GC Barracuda had them.
I know my 1970 'cuda does not have them and I know that my Dad's 1970 Gran Coupe does not have them. So, not all 'cudas and not all GC's but no Barracudas.

And, side scoop was an M46 option. I don't see how they could have made that work with M25 rocker moldings.
