So I ordered a video card for my son for his birthday last Thursday... It was supposed to arrive by yesterday (5/21)... All week I hear nothing, and finally this past Thur (/20) I get a message from ebay that the order is shipped...
I go on the link and click tracking history and the shipping label was printed, part not shipped... I check yesterday (the day it's supposed to arrive) and it still hasn't shipped...
So I ding the guy with 100% feedback with waiting so long to ship the part as it hasn't arrived on the estimated ship day... I then start to look into a return and they want $24 to print a shipping label for me to return it... F*ck that, I'm not going to pay the asshole for not doing anything, so I close the window to back out of the return...
I go back into my email and I have a ebay mail stating that I started a return - even though I didn't click the button to go to the next step when I saw they wanted to charge me return shipping for an item that hasn't been shipped yet...
I go in and cancel the return thinking maybe I'm jumping the gun and the part may ship by the end of the day... As of last night, it hasn't been picked up by the post office... So I go back in to try to process the return and it says that I can't do it again.... :BangHead:
So I sent the guy a message through ebay:
What's going on with shipping my order? It was supposed to arrive today. It took a week just to print the label, now over a day has passed and it's still not in possession of the post office. When are you going to send my order out? If you don't want to ship it, just give me a full refund, don't charge me to return a package that you never sent.
Still no reply from this guy yet...
I'm still new to ebay and learning the process... But I guess if the guy doesn't respond within 3 business days I can get ebay involved with the transaction... I also think I may be able to go through Paypal if ebay won't do anything because I used my Paypal account to pay for it...
What do you guy think I should do and how to proceed...
