Shoulder belt attachment on 68 post Dart

Cars built on or after 1-1-1968 and sold in the USA were required to have three point belts for the driver and outboard passenger. My 1968 Barracuda built in October of 1967 had the upper shoulder harness mounting bracket, hidden behind the headliner. That bracket did not have a threaded nut welded in place to affix the upper shoulder harness to. With the bracket there, it was not difficult to add the threaded nut to run the upper bolt mount in to. The lower mount for the retractor is not present at all and I need to fab that.
