Definitely with that elevation you are going to want to narrow the lobe separation angle, as others have stated, to 108, or possibly 106. This fools the engine into thinking it has more compression by building more cylinder pressure. This comes at the price of a more choppy idle, worse mileage, and sometimes a more peaked power curve.
