I'm with your yawn on the late-model "Mo-cedes" cars.... but I have always felt that car shows should have a model year cut off to prevent them from just looking like a dealership overflow lot.

I hear ya. It does promote a bit of "cross-pollination" and interest though. I've been to plenty of classics-only shows where a lot of below is going on Nothing wrong with the lawn chair crowd just not very appealing to younger car enthusiasts.
