Engine and trans are out !! Have waited along time for that to happen. My middle son was excited to help as this was his first engine / transmission removal.

Got one of the Magnum heads off and started to disassemble and clean. I have been collecting a few small gaskets and parts for the new engine

Heck yea man. Glad to see you at it again. How you been?
I’ve been doing good. Working as much as I can. Hoping for a better year this year. Right now I’m super excited to get some work done on the engine for the Dart. Slow progress of course but better than none at all. So happy for you that yours is running. Subscribed to your YouTube channel a couple weeks ago. Good job on that!

Went with my oldest son to Summit today.Cool place. Had a Duster and a Dart on display. Picked up a couple things for my Dart

Mine too. How is the magnum coming?
Magnum is still going slow. I have been working on cyl heads. Trying to do some porting work so I’ve been doing a little research on that. Picked up the distributor kit and exhaust gaskets so I can make sure I don’t port to far lol.

I ported my heads its alot of work and alot of time. Do it in the winter when it's to cold to do anything else lol. Its pretty fun once you get the rhythm down..just remember go slow and not enough is always better than too much!

Got tired of seeing my Rallies sitting in the corner of the garage. I needed a little visual motivation also. Got one wheel and center cap “ restored” I used paint remover and a scotch brite pad to get the rim to bare metal. Primed both sides and painted the face with Mopar wheel paint. Decided to paint inside of the center cap black. Put chrome lug nut back on it. I think it looks pretty good. Now 3 more to go!

Nice job on the rim(s). Keep at it, it may seem to take forever, but there is always the reward at the end.... Black lines going down the street!!!
