Hello all,

I recently picked up a 70 Duster 340 rolling chassis that I'm looking forward to being back to life. It's a California car that was originally Rallye Red. There's no doubt that I'll be drawing heavily upon the knowledge here as well as looking for tons of parts.

I'm a licensed tech and worked at Chrysler dealerships in the 90s before joining the military where I've been a tech since. My last toy was a 98 Plymouth Neon coupe that was engine swapped, turbo charged and ran 11s. I used to be a regular on the neons.org forums.

I'm really looking forward to diving into this project, I've already stripped it down to the shell and can't wait to get it media blasted to see just when I have to work with. I will say that the underside of the car is immaculate! So far it just needs the usual lower quarters, trunk pan, a piece of the passenger footwell and the door strikers (cracked) repaired.

The car has a 8.75 but is missing the center section which was originally a 3.23 Sure Grip. This is the first order of business to sort out so I can move it with a car dolly.

Chris

Welcome to FABO, it looks like a good start to a great project that you have there.

Great to see a good Alberta showing, I hope to meet you all at swap meets, car shows and what not once the COVID muzzle is taken off!

Can anyone recommend good suppliers for sheet metal and other parts in Alberta?

Any old Mopar pick and pulls I should know about ?
