Small block finally built

After months of research, machine shop work and parts coming in the 71 valiant is in the final stages of being put back together and running driving vehicle again. If you remember we had an issue of massive endplay from a wiped out thrust bearing. Had to do a full rebuild, put in a forged crank, forged scat rods, .040 over Keith black pistons, the edelbrock aluminum upper end kit(heads, intake, cam, lifters, carb) . We were looking to retain the 904 transmission, but as we had a good small block 727 sitting on the shelf we had the local transmission shop give it their all out build, torque converter rebuilt to match. We got the transmission installed, firmfeel steering gearbox stage 2. Firmfeel is 45 minutes from us, so we went there in person. Putting the new tie rods and ball joints in (once we get the correct parts). Should be back together in the next couple weeks. Changing out the wiring harnesses in the engine bay, a few other items.
