If you can drive from where you live to Firm Feel in 45 minutes you are either doing it in the middle of the night or using a hover craft of some sort.

I can tell you within an 1/8th of a mile where you will hit traffic every time. I hate that drive.

Lol, definitely flying under the radar. Yeah I may have been optimistic on how quickly I can drive there. In good traffic the offpeak traffic it's a 45+ minute drive. I think the last time I made the drive there it took closer to an hour. The first time took a bit longer as their driveway is very obscure and easy to miss.
