a904 NSS change without draining 'trick'...

I have the parts to do my speedo gear seal I was going to raise the back end up 8 to 10 inches I will find out if it is enough.
I have trans fluid comming out of the melted part of the outer cover of the speedo cable, some how it has been unhooked from one of its retainers for years
