I could be wrong. But I believe the holley systems do require a return line. The module I posted gets around it by having the regulator built into it. I'll have to look into it a bit.
Holley super sniper requires a return line with a regulator after the efi only if boost is being used. Otherwise what I referenced will work perefectly.
