Am I justified in my frustration?

“ I want $250 back due to how much of a pain in the *** this is” Those are your words at 6.49 AM 6/3

“ You would be a stand up guy if you refunded me $250” Your words again….you think that diff is only worth $100? What world do you live in?

“I think this is a legitimate request” …This was my favorite.

The full paragraph.....
"I'll just go ahead and ask now to try to end our discussions on this. You say if it was in useable condition you would have asked $550 and not $350. I say, given the hassle that you misrepresented it and it should have been sold for $100 - $150 Because being locked up you can't say anything like that definitively. I want $250 back due to how much of a pain in the *** this is. I feel $100 would be a fair price. You would be a stand up guy in my opinion if you refunded me the $250. There is video proof and evidence of the hassle so I'm not just being a cheapskate and trying to swindle my money back out of you. I think this is a legitimate request."

You then listed how much GOOD clean USEABLE 8.75" parts cost and refused to help at all. (As if I could just part this piece of rusted hulk out tomorrow and make a killing! Ohhhh, I should be thankful!)

Then in my next email.....
"If you can’t make it right with a partial refund I would at least appreciate a 3.23 ring gear and a pinion gear. At the very least"
