Hyundai warranty

Hey Darren, glad to read, and I'll pass the thanks on to Lori. She is ultimately the one to discover this issue. So her car has been repaired? Glad she got her issue resolved.
As for engine fires, all I've read is a LOT of vehicles recalled, ZERO injuries and ZERO deaths obviously.
There are a TON of recalls in history with injuries and deaths....Hyundai apparently isnt one in this case.
If all goes well with this repair, we WILL be back.

Hi Steve.
Our secretary at work has a 2013 Hyundai e that has a engine rattle/Knock, her mechanic said she needs a new engine, $$$$ only 100 + km,
So after reading your post I insisted she take it into Hyundai and see what they could do.
Long story short , she got a new short block and her AC repaired ( hi side condenser line) for under 400$..
She wanted me to thank you...
