Prayers Requested for Suicidal Veteran

Hey Terry, get him interested in a old Mopar. There will be plenty of good guys here that would love to help him out.

That's a great idea Roy. Once he gets settled again I'll have to work on it.

@66fyssh ,

I am a combat vet who served in Iraq. Seen some really fucked up ****. Ive seen 6 of our countries very best men lose their life. I admit, I’ve been on that edge many times ready to enter the black.
My Brother was a 100% disabled combat vet from Iraq and Afghanistan. He took his own life last year right before Veteran’s Day. I wish I could have shared some of the protocol and techniques I have found. I want to share that with you and your son. It’s the only thing that saved my life. People’s well wishes are great and all but it comes down to the question of, “Do you want to live without misery?” He will have to answer that and be prepared to do what is required.

The problem isn’t anywhere but his brain. It’s chemical and hormonal imbalance and toxins.

Rest, Sex, Nutrition are the best things for your brain to heal.

You need sufficient sleep but it can be hard when you wake up multiple times at night and never get to that deep sleep because of PTSD. Exercise helps you sleep, nutrition helps you sleep.

Sex = Endocrine System. Testosterone is what I’m talking about, not just getting it on with the ole lady but most importantly you hormones. They get out of balance when your sleep sucks and your diet isn’t optimal.

Nutrition has to be on ******* point for it all to come together because it puts vitamins and minerals in you and gets rid of toxins. Food feeds your brain. Timing of meals, what to eat in the morning/night. Deficiencies you have that you need to supplement.

Sleep, Sex, Food. The VA ain’t gonna do **** for him except give him a grocery sack full of pills like they did with my brother and I. Going in will be a step in the right direction but they aren’t the answer. Sleep, Sex, and Food are the answer.

If he isn’t rated for a disability he needs to get rated. Get him that blood money they hand out. He deserves it. It’ll help his acquisition of Sleep, Sex, and Food.

I would highly suggest getting in touch with the Warrior Angels Foundation. Home - Warrior Angels They can help get him on the protocol I found. They work with Dr. Mark Gordon who is an Endocrinologist. He is renowned in the Traumatic Brain Injury and PTSD recovery field. The VA doesn’t like him because he isn’t in with Big Pharma.

He has you do bloodwork and looks at your levels and approaches recovery from there. He will find the nutritional deficiencies that way and balance those and hormones.

I would recommend searching one of the many Joe Rogan Podcasts that Dr. Gordon is on to hear it from him.
Episodes #438, #574, #700, & #1056.

I couldn’t find any direct links but I found a snippet.

Thank you for that. Truly sorry about your brother. Thankfully he's already on 100% disability. You're right on about the VA giving out bags of pills. The thing that's been really causing him trouble since he got back is his temper. He can't keep it in check.

I had my wife read your post and you don't know how thankful we are for your input. I'm sending you a PM.
