Can anyone link me to the bushings that are installed in the tailshaft counterweight?

there are two needed.

It’s going on my small block 727. However, I don’t know if they were installed from the factory in a 72 dart. It was on the core transmission that I bought for rebuild. I am cleaning up the weight and bracket but the OE bushings are shot

They were used mainly on the big cars of the day C-bodies and such. You likely do not need it.

Those bushings do not look to bad Either!

If you do not find factory spec/parts, I would head on over to your local hardware store and ask them to point you to where they have their rubber washers, typically found in slide bins. Sure you will find something that works.

It’s more like a bushing than a washer. It’s got a metal shaft in the bushing too

The bushing and weight are "tuned" to dampen a specific frequency to the application. Very unlikely that you will find anything exactly the same. Might get lucky. I'd just leave it off.

Your car never had the weight. Like said I have ran without the weight on many cars. My 75 duster 360 came with the weight. Kim
