Here in MO we now have medicinal weed and next door in IL they have recreational. A friend in VA sent me a link to a website that lists dispensaries. Out of curiosity I took a look at the prices. Yes, it's a bit expensive but I don't know if the price includes tax. If not how could anyone afford it?
