Are the front and rear bumpers on a 1967 barracuda exactly the same??

The bumpers themselves are the same, the brackets that attach them to the car are different from front to rear....
 
A used bumper than had bumperettes on it will have added bolt holes for those. I dont know if the reproduction bumpers have those holes or not. I know the bumperettes add some cost.
