1980s 318 questions

It's highly likely my questions have been answered somewhere on here, but I cant seem to find them. I'm trying to put a 1982 318 in my 1967 Dodge Dart. I have big plans for a 440 but its going to take me at least a couple years to build and/or come up with the money, then the rest of the drivetrain will need to be re done as well. But in the mean time I have a 318 sitting around from a van. The block numbers say its a 1982. I'm going to put it in my dart so I can at least drive the thing, its been sitting long enough. Anyways, it has motor mount brackets on it, but no rubber mounts. Can I use these, and just get mounts for the vehicle, or do I need something special for the conversion? The dart has a 904 and I dont have a torque converter. If I buy one to fit the vehicle transmission will it match up to the flexplate? And last question, whats up with the emissions stuff, it looks like there is an EGR port or something on the heads that my Performer RPM will not cover? It looks like the stock intake didnt cover it either? And there are little openings under each exhaust port as well, should I weld those shut or something? I appreciate the input, and again I know these questions are all probably answered else where, so feel free to just post the link if you have it. I found some answers but people seem to say they apply to 318s up to 1976, so it leaves me wondering if it applies to mine or if there were some significant changes after that year. Thanks
