Brand new only opened up one box so look at the rod 400

On Tuesday I received a highly informative and detailed response of "Ok"....

Always try to take the high road in less than clear matters such as this... So I'm assuming the seller is either on a trans-continental cruise and has limited cell coverage (possibly is being blocked by N. Korea) or is being extra diligent in analyzing the most efficient and cost effective shipping medium.

I was unaware that the seller tentatively accepted your offer or was exploring cost effective shipping since there were not any additional posts to that effect. So I went ahead with my offer.
I received a PM reply from the seller yesterday advising there was a previous offer and that I was 2nd in line.
I haven't heard anything further from the seller.

My point here is that usually usually when someone has something posted for sale they typically quickly respond to a PM
I can surely stand-down as they were intended for a future build I have been collecting parts for a while

I sent PM to seller a couple of minutes ago asking about status since I haven't heard anything since Tuesday when he said he was waiting to hear from someone that contacted him before my offer.
