Canuck 1965 Valiant VIN/Fender Tag Decoding Mystery

Hi all,

I've got a weird one for you all. I was able to make some headway with figuring these plates out but I've been stumped on finding anything for the second one. (see photos of both plates and info attached)....

I just saw this and thought I could help out a bit, as I also have a 1965 Valiant Custom 100 convertible and a hardtop coupe. You had the VIN tag mostly correct:

V3E59139221
V - Valiant - short wheelbase
3 - High Price Range - 6 cylinder
E - Convertible
5 - 1965 Year
9 - Windsor Assembly Plant (Canada)
139221 - Sequence number, 39,220th car off the Windsor assembly line that year.

Here's the fender tag info:

MODEL: A-VI-H-27

A= 1965
V1 = Valiant short wheelbase
H = High Price Range = Custom 100
27 = Convertible body style

BODY No.: 111 = 111th version of this body style made.

PAINT CODE: EE = Huron Blue (Canadian Equivalent to USA DD Medium Blue Poly)

TRIM CODE: H4B = High Grade Bench Seat, Blue

The fender tag should look like in the attached photo (I found a photo online of one from a 1965 Chrysler Windsor):
