Aluminum radiator for a 68 dart
I did something similar to Kendog 170. Did mine about 8-9 years ago. Made a mould, and covered it with plastic film. Stapled an old cotton T shirt over it. Applied a 4 coats of fiberglass resin. Scuffing between coats. When dry, I popped it out of the mould, and flipped it over. Screwed it down to a piece of plywood and fiberglassed it up. Made steel mounting brackets that I glued in place with JB weld and squeezed solid MS20426AD aircraft rivets in as well.
