Edit: I was measuring the wheels with a tape measure to get the width. I later found that these are actually 14x5.5 and 14x6.5 wheels.
The lug nuts have been sold.
Updated price is $300 + shipping.

I've got quotes for several different Zip Codes yesterday and it looks like $300 is the avg. shipping for most places.
One guy claimed he could just get them cheaper on Summit, you can't. I checked. It's a about $40 more and that's without tax.

I can eat some of the shipping and let these go for $575 shipped to the lower 48.
