1966 Valiant Signet Interior

Is there a difference between the front and rear armrest bases in a hardtop? Anyone have a ‘66 with photos?

My 66 Valiant 100 2-door sedan only has armrests on the front doors...the bases are the shorter ones....the bases are the same length as the ones used on 66 Barracuda’s in the rear panel, Barracuda used longer ones in the doors. The bases are easier to find but the armrest pads are Valiant only since the Barracuda had an ashtray in the pads and there is a hole in them. This might also be the same for 66 Darts? I’m not sure on Signet Valiants.....they may have longer front ones like the 66 Barracuda?

Yes, the front arm rests are longer than the rear. The rear should have ash trays in them too, but, the front do not.
