I don't think anyone still makes those 7/16" LH thread studs any more. However, it's easy to find the RH threaded ones. I'd just switch the studs/nuts over to RH and get rid of the problem for good.
 
you can use the right hand threads. They are easily sourced even from local parts houses. No, your wheels will not fall off from the spinning of the tires. And the best part is the tire changing monkey wont break your stud off when using the impact wrench cause they did not listen to you when you told them LEFT HAND THREAD
 
Be careful about removing the front wheel studs If done wrong you will need new hubs. The hub, studs and drum are swedge together and if you just press the studs out without cutting the swedging you will enlarge the holes in the hub and that makes them unusable. Hope you haven't already done this.
