Help Please - need Part number please: '63 Plymouth driver door latch

I am looking for a '63 (or '64) driver's side (LH) door latch.

I don't have a parts manual, so wondering if someone may be able to help please?

Also wondering whether rear door latches are the same as front doors, if anyone can let me know please ?
