Beauty of a day today and not much humidity so took advantage of the day and cut the grass. Because of the lack of rain it looks like it's slowing down but rain tomorrow and again Monday and Tuesday. Weekend looks stellar.
WooHoo homemade cabbage rolls for supper tonight. Oh they are good.
Sounds good Mark haven't had cabbage in years.

Don't forget pictures when it's done Diy.
Here's some progress
Now it's just waiting on the water to fill and heat up

The vendor messed up and send me the newer version, instead of what I ordered, but it seems to fill the hole allright, so I won't complain

All in fun I’ve always had a ford 1/2 ton. Seem to me they were the best. Had a 69 f100 360 big block bought it used with 80,000 miles rolled it up to 390,000 miles before I parked it (in wreck collection in back). Then bought a 96 Ford F-150 extended cab 8’ box 351 w rolled that one to 545,000 km (in wreck collection in back)not very many problems with either. Now I have an 81 f100 302 just over 200,00 km runs works fine. The 81 is just a use when needed so it’s the last one. It’s amazing how many parts fit over along period of time. The field case from my 69 will have bolt to the starter drive on my 31 model A go figure.

Nothing wrong with a Ford or any other brand of car or truck in my thinking.

I will try and only buy domestic but then you don't know where some of those are built either i.e. Those small Buick SUV are totally built in China. Not one part is built in N. America. As the saying goes "Buyer Beware"

Chilie Town Hustler was one of my favs saw the lil red wagon wheel stander at keystone dragways and the AA/FA cars were always a gas to watch. Just freaking nuts. Can understand why there not around any more.
I've always loved the AF/X cars and would love to own one.

That was one of my personal rules when I got married. Never Never under any circumstance would I buy my wife a present for her to use in the house. I only buy presents for her personal self. Happy Wife Happy life
First thing I learned when we first got married was to say "Yes Dear" lol

With the yes dear phrase though you really really have to pay attention to the tone of your voice and the situation your using it in. Has back fired on me a few times. But then sometimes there’s no winning no mater what you do

You guys are making me glad I'm single I haven't used the Yes Dear word in a long time.
