Tell that to a 15 year old......No 15 year old drivers in CA. Don't forget Motorcycle insurance, registration, riding test.....This is a ~25mph bike. You can do that on a road bike in the bike lane for free...heck you can use the whole friggin lane in CA now. That pisses me off as they dont pay any kind of registration/road tax and stop signs are invisible to them in packs.
