408 stroker questions

Since mildon is in California they can no longer check them with solvents they check them with water and that's not good enough to check for leaks.. I not only had to I patch my pan on the passenger side and dent my headers on the driver side I had to cut a triangle out of my k frame..
All builders want you to have extra capacity oil pans, it helps safeguard their work..
I'm building a 408 for my truck and just going to use the factory pan and wish I would have in my 410 in my Duster in hindsight.. I use quality oil and change it often so it's really just over kill in my opinion... If your drag racing I can see the need for baffles possibly but generally even then you're changing your oil pretty often...
