Most of the Kevco pans come with scrapers and a bit more baffling, traps than the Milodon and Canton, as well as the Moroso, Not to mention most are running windage trays when they use any of these pans. I’m not sure I heard them mention they were using a windage tray with either pans, did they? A video of various pans with or without baffles, crank scrapers, windage trays, and the extra oil would be much more useful than that video IMO This is their stock location 5 qt (6 total) pan showing the internals that are similar to their extra capacity pans.
