Stop in for a cup of coffee

Road trip, home now. Lots of tourist/cottager traffic. I travel at just over speed limit. To keep the good drivers off my back. Unless you are going 100 miles/hour its just not worth speeding.

Western Breakfast this morning. Cooked it myself. Fried potatoes, with eggs, and sausages. Yum yum

Well another long day at the new place.
Boundary survey done. My neighbor to the south's start of his concreate driveway is actually the southwest corner of my property. Pin was right in the middle of the driveway, marked with an X. That's ok, on my side of the creek, where my property jogs south, the former owner of my place was actually maintaining some of his property. An even trade. They've been doing it for years.
My retired buddy who does garage doors came out to put a couple key pads in. I really wanted him to look at the garage door lifts. One was 25 years old. The other the overhead door spring was cracked and ready to break. Both were replaced.
More demo, a good day. Painting the four garage doors tomorrow. Sunday. the garage entry door frames.

Goals this weekend?
Rad into Fargo. Fill with fluids.
Stubby exhaust pipes. Run engine up to operating temp. Bleed brakes.
DO A BURNOUT!!!

Now thats progress!

Coffee's on but not done yet. I left the sprinkler on last night. Oops. Oh well, it will be watered good and no puddles so it all soaked in.

I wish I knew it needed greasing, nothing in the book about it at all. Lots of pissed off owners about it!

Couple of pics from New Orleans, wife's Dad got to meet the new grand kids, pic from WWII Museum. Cafe Du Monde, airboat ride (yep that's a marshmallow in alligators mouth lol), seafood boil at daughters house.

Funny the house across the street sold about the same time we offered on ourd. The previous owner had spent six months with a company remodeling the house.
A good friend of ours knows the people who bought this house. He is a work from home IT guy. She is an interior design influencer. Now I've heard of them, but never really cared. Anyway her focus is on the inside if the house, has sponsors, uses their products, etc..
She has over one million followers...:wtf: They have a big driveway dumpster now sitting in the driveway, and a crew inside tearing it all out. They'll rebuild using sponsor material, filming as the go etc... Some weird chit there for sure!! Funny what people will follow.
